That would be hella cool too,so we wouldn't have to always argue under topics and be like: "Get back on topic" and s**t...and provokate the users to do more off-topic thangs..

Mods could moderate and control the scenes a lot better if they could give warnings.

PLUS..users would understand better too,when they have crossed the lines..and gone too far.

Only admin with ftp acces or any acces to the files on the server can make this....cause it's some mod, or it's already pre-installed not sure. I am not familiar with vBulletin. So I think Justin is the only one to put it online.

Why not use the off topic smiley as a warning and make the rule that if you see one of the mods putting that one up you don't argue with it but just get back to the topic.
