I got alot to try and tell you guys before I leave for this soundcheck! First off the last couple of days have been CRAZY! after the jet lag and money conversions we went to DISNEY LAND tokyo, Its kinda like the one in LA because it has another park right next to it named DISNEY SEA.(their disney land parks are KILLING ours out in cali yall) Man that **** was incredible. And what really ****ed me up was HOW CLEAN everything was, not even a piece of gum on the ground not one scrap of paper, like the sht was made yesterday. We spent the day there went home and crashed out, my lil dude was over the top. The next day we went looked at some temples and gardens and took a gang of pictures. This next adventure was my favorite because it was a real EXPERIENCE unique to japan. We took a bullet train at 6:30am 90 min to Nagoya I belive to a sumo dojo to meet the #1 sumo champion in the world right now! His name in japanese is hard to pronounce, but it sounds like Hok-ah-ho. I know sumos on tv look slow and big but this dude was none of those things, HE BEAT THE **** OUT OF THE WHOLE DOJO FOR PRACTICE, I mean my son and I were sitting there close to the spot where they fight, and you get to see them 1000 pound slaps they put on each other and make nfl defensive line head butts with no pads. The champ forearmed this one sparring partner and cracked his whole face AND DUDE STILL MADE HIM FIGHT, If he took more than a second to get up, some guy pops outta no where with a bamboo stick wrapped in tape and WHACKS the dude on his back or his legs! WTF?? It was crazy, After that we were invited to eat a traditonal sumo lunch with the champ. We went into the dojo, and removed out shoes. We were led into a room with a round table filled with food, and in the middle was a huge pot of boiling vegtables and pork the champ was into my son being there and wanted to talk about everything. Come to find out the champ is only 21 just turned 22 and is into golf and vegas! lol In this room to show respect, while you eat you never sit with your knees raised above the table, let the champ eat first and NEVER EVER leave you chop sticks down in your food sticking up, It means DEATH, you have to lay them side by side flat across the bowl. Speaking of bowls thats what we had to drink out of too! Beer in a bowl! thats the new ****. After a lunch of jokes and questions he showed us a REAL Katana. It was over 200 years old and he earned it by achieving the highest rank to be in sumo. THAT **** WAS SHARP! He let me hold it and all I cound think of is KILL BILL. I was blown away that they invited us to the back of the dojo where they acutally lived. Pics went around and we said our goodbyes! we got autographs from the champ to take home and put in the trophy room. Bullet train ride home at 200 plus miles an hour kept us going, My lil dude had a wonderful experince being out here with me, expanding my childs mind and horizons..... to me is the best part of living! Keep it gangsta ladies and gentlemen. Im going to do soundcheck for my set @ LIVE EARTH tomorrow.
