Well alright, as i'm really interested in cars and stuff, i thought it would be nice to find out what's the fastest speed xzibitcentral users have reached with their or someone elses' car.

I myself ain't driving yet, but last tuesday i was with my mate going to rebilitation home to visit some mates, and when getting back he pushed the accelerator (even tho his drivers license has been taken away)

Car: Bmw E34 520i (Rustbucket)
Speed: 160 KMH

150mph my mate was driven....30secs later after slowing diwn the tier blow out and the car fliped, it was just over a year ago now...so speed doesnt kill! going slow does, amost haha

110MPH.. When i was in USA.. With a 1996 Mersedes Benz SL 500, V8 and 5.0.. And boy do i hate flyin like that in the city.. :D:D:D Though my dad was driving, i wouldnt risk that much to drive so fast.. :w00t::blink:

heh... new record for me.. 180kmh, my uncle driving his Volkswagen Golf Mk2 GTI... Heh... and it could go even faster, but there were trucks in the way, we had to stop ((
His GTI is awesome, the exterior might looks lame... old sport rims, rusted fog lights, the colour is old... but damn... he keeps it workin' in the engine lol

My top speed was 220km/h in my MB 123 coupe 280E while driving the highway over here in Poland like 2 years ago. We have speed limit to 130 km/h, sorry:)

i kno that the car is limited at 180 .. ..
but what im asking is.. after u get rid of the limiter.. what speed will u be able to get to..
i think the car can easily reach more then 240 km/h bcuase if u look at the max speed of a nissan maxima.. then it easyly higher then that...

On friday was in drag races. Nothing interesting there. Cops sitting all the time, not letting us race, when we decided to go to another place, one mate drove me there... In his Volkswagen Golf Mk4 VR6... Damn beast... 2.8 L engine on a Golf is a suicide lol... in about 10 secs 150 km/h ))

Way back ib the day, a friend of mine had a golf gti turbo something..(I don't know much bout cars)..super charger, power booster, that Nos stuff..I made it to 220 (km) on the highway, sverving in and out and around other cars! What a rush!

Now, I got a step 2 push car buggy for Luca..and you know what...running down hills with him in it..we reach like a good 2-3 (km)..and Luca has fun and laughs all the way down!

The new car we have since the intrepid broke..is like a toyota corrolla or something..shouldn't complain, but ****..it's really small compared to the intrepid..my sunglasses hit the roof, I'm all crammed and there's none of that personal 6 feet of space thing..more like 2..and it freaks me out. Oh and it's nausating in that corolla..the bus is really not so bad after all! Really!
