I want to hear Thank You. But I will get the album no matter what the tracks are. He gave a copy to both hosts of 106 & Park yesterday.

Hey Mr Joiner, can you send me Grown Man's Business and a FC CD? (not laughing about that song)

Thanks Deba for the info, always!!

Who knows in xs. I only like one songs for the lyrics and 2 for beats. I am a lyrics AND beat person when I get off of the true beat itself. The chant in 'Concentrate' is off for me... so there goes that song. 'Family Values' has confusing lyrics, and there went that one. I can deal with the beat of 'Rollin' and partial lyrics. So, guess my only track so far is 'The Black and The Brown'. Waiting....

I pre-ordered the CD. It's supoosed to be here at the end of the month, they say.

I am a music connoisseur, if you will. I grew up on REAL jazz and real music. Ella Fitzgerald, Nat King Cole, Fats Domino, Eartha Kitt, The Temptations, Gladys Knight & The Pips, Liberace, Elton John... all the old old old stuff. So, I want to hear real piano, real guitar, real horns... real everything instruments. Now, stuff is computerized and/or synthesized. Whatever...

My artist for LIFE - PRINCE ALWAYS KNOWN AS PRINCE, YA HEARD ME!! He is a TRUE musician in EVERY apsect of it. I do try to listen to loads from Country Western to Opera. You get some knowledge out of it all if you can stand it.

Oh I know in xs. You and whole heap of people out there have no clue where the origination of Soul/R&B/Jazz music started. All of those people have paved the way, in part, for people like X to even do what he does today. You should know Elton John at least... Benny and The Jets, 'The Lion King' Sountrack and loads, loads more. Nat King Cole is Natalie Cole's Father.

Every artist prior to the next paves the way for the future. No matter the genre. Directly and indirectly. Someone did something the last artist didn't do and more. One did something tthe last person did but a whole lot better. Someone broke a barrier that the last person couldn't and/or didn't. It's about personal growth coupled with major progression. Someone affected the next man's livelyhood is what it all boils down to.

And this is in everything in life.
