Pimp my Ride, I bought a 86 944 Porsche turbo, not bad condition, something I was wanting since my father was stationed in Germany. anyway my Life change in so many ways,my mother passed away,my wife ended up with PTSD due to coming back from her deployment. I have been trying to get my Porsche back on the road for a long time. I am now on my own and its been hard to starting over, but it would be a blessing and appreciated if I can just be considered. i’m about to buy suv vehicle from 1988 to 1994. i am not sure how long it will run or work, before it starts having problems, since me can not afford to buy new nor either recent vehicle, since me working part time job and minimum wage working job = why i’m wondering: would i make a good candidate to be selected for “Pimp My Car”: i’ll have suv or about to be suv, as i’m about to buy a two decade old suv, so it will have problems to fix, and not sure how much it will cost to upgrades with new parts, not sure what my maintenance cost will be, since i need to buy a vehicle.
I’ve been watching pimp my ride for years and just found out its just for young people. Guess older is left out in the cold. Sad sad thing.
Hi everyone:I bought a 93 Chevy short narrow bed to fix up for my last truck. I am 75 years old and have been working on it for 4 years. I have had the motor rebuilt and the front end. I got part of the interior done and ran out of money. Being on a fixed income it’s hard to come up with the funds to continue so I though I would ask you for help. I have never asked for help before but being 75 I have learned that I need help in a lot of things now days. If you choose not to do this thank you for the chance anyway. I have a 1987 Chevy Cavalier Z24 that I bought in 1991. I put a new engine in it in 2000 and it purrs like a kitten, but still neds work to be completed. I have been working on restoring it for years now and wish that XZIBIT and the guys would finish the work for me.If you see it you’ll want it. It would be a dream come true to have it finished!
