Gooooood morning!
My name is Yolanda Carter. My boyfriend and I are disabled veterans. We live in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, ROLL TIDE! Has an old truck that he’s had a long time. The car he drove daily was a Nissan Murano. In December, someone hot and totaled his Nissan. He had full coverage, but since the car was not paid off, the payout from the insurance went to pay off the totalled car. That left him with nothing to get another car. So now he’s had to fall back on the old 1981 Chevy C10 Classic, short body. The only thing good about this truck is the motor. Some years again he put a 350 more in there (whatever that means, he calls it a racing motor) but it runs great. But the body is total garbage. It’s rusted, orange, brownish color with the good spray painted black. The seats are work and torn. The windshield is cracked. The floor is rusted and had holes and is spray painted as well. The wiring is all jacked up. The head, tail, brake, and signal lights often go out so at that time he can’t drive it. The lights and gauges on the dash don’t work, so sometimes we run out of gas. There are wire pliers attached to let the windows up and down, and we have to be careful about that, lest the windows fall out. The axle fell off last week, but it’s been replaced now. There are other things as well. There’s no heat or AC. I’m scared riding at times for fear of something else falling off of the truck, but he loves this old truck and is dependent on it for now. this is the only thing has now to get around from day to day and it is hard at times. So I’m coming to ask you all to PIMP MY RIDE!!!! Thank you for your consideration.

Homeless students going to college together living in our van. Shes a 90 ford e150. Were automotive students and we want to fix cars and help people out some day too. We love ol blue but she needs help and so do we! We just got married and just got jobs and we need blue at her best. Were 3 years sober and climbing up headed to the top.Weve got a baby pitbull who is our only child and a pocket full of dreams. This is our home and a place of love.
